Sony’s Tease WAS Ratchet and Clank!

Awww lookatchu guys, so smart and Ratchet and Clank savvy and all that. Most of you totally called it!

Seeing as I’m not a Ratchet and Clank guru, I’ll let PlayStation’s YouTube description speak for itself:

Ratchet and Clank are back!

The beloved duo return with an original single-player epilogue to the acclaimed Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction™ and Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time™. Ratchet & Clank®: Into the Nexus is a story-driven platform adventure with humor and heart, featuring outrageously upgraded weapons, extreme planet hopping and brand new worlds begging to be explored. Into the Nexus marks a true return to form for the acclaimed series.

I’m happy this didn’t turn out to be that PlayStation TV thing, because games are SO MUCH MORE EXCITING. While I haven’t dabbled much in the world of Ratchet & Clank, I am fully aware of and HIGHLY appreciate the amazing weapons included throughout the franchise. After all, the Morph-O-Ray is my weapon of choice for the zombie apocalypse. (Think about it. It’s perfect. Hungry? Got zombies? Shoot ’em and BOOM it’s KFC all over again.)

Are you excited for Ratchet and Clank: Into the Nexus?

  1. I’m always excited for more Ratchet & Clank. As many games as there are in the series, I’m surprised that I’ve not only played almost all of them (just need to play the latest one, Full Frontal Assault), but that I’m not tired of them yet either.

      • I guess it’s because that despite the quantity of games they’ve pumped out, they’ve still managed to keep up the quality. The gameplay is always top notch, the plots are always entertaining, and the weapons still manage to be fun and unique (even though they must have well over 100 of them by now). I doubt there are many other developers out there that could keep up that quality while releasing as much stuff as Insomniac has.
