In about 12 hours or so my arsehole will be sitting on an airplane stuck between two random strangers for the entire duration of the five hour flight to Boston. LET’S GET THIS PARTY STARTED, BIZNATCHEEEES!!! =____=. (That’s what I get for booking my flight so late!) Anyway, I know a lot of you mofos are going to be attending PAX East as well, so consider this my obligatory “I’M GOING TO PAX EAST AND SO ARE YOU SO LIKE, LET’S MEET UP AND STUFF!” blog post.
Admittedly I haven’t gone through the entire PAX East panel schedule yet, which is something I probably should do, but for sure I know I reaaally want to try and attend the following:
Do JRPGs Really Still Matter?

Join Kotaku’s Jason Schreier, Destructoid’s Dale North, and Polygon’s Alexa Corriea and Phil Kollar for a conversation about the past, present, and future of Japanese RPGs.
Panelists: Jason Schreier [Writer, Kotaku], Alexa Corriea [Writer, Polygon], Adam Rippon [Creative Director, Muteki ], Dale North [Editor-in-Chief, Destructoid]

Party-wise, I think Friday is the only day I don’t have a heckuva lot going on (I’ve pleaded with Turbine to allow me into theirs, but I think I waited a little too late and I’m afraid that ship has sailed!) so it may be prime time for some bar hopping! Saturday night I’ll likely be at “Curse’s Wildstar PAX East 2013 After Party” or at the “Sanshee Block Party“. Of course, IGN is having their meet and greet that night too, but those get-togethers are usually INSANELY packed.
I CAN’T WAIT! I wasn’t able to make it last year so I’m loooong overdue for PAX Eastery shenanigans.
For shits, here are some prior PAX East posts I’ve written:
