Welcome to Britt5091: Origins, where I dig up old blog posts I used to write for IGN’s community under the username Britt5091. Some posts may make you giggle, some may make your eyes bleed, and some may make you stroke your beard in a pensive manner. All you need to know is that these posts, no matter how terrible some of them may be, ultimately lead to everything I do now.
A Quick Update
June 27th, 2009
So our hero Nate Drake is coming to the big screen. I, for one, am pretty excited. Sure I?m a little skeptical, but really? This movie would be so clich
Well, that’s it. SAD. Apparently during the transition process from IGN’s old blogs to their new system some of the entries got a little…er, corrupted. Anyway, this post was clearly written before all of the latest SNAFU-ness of the Uncharted film (director issues, etc) but I do remember writing this post. I was a little tipsy and very rambly. In a nutshell, I thought the film would end up being completely cliche. Which is funny because I know disagree with the Britt of June 27th, 2009. I think there are enough wonky tidbits to the Uncharted franchise to keep it off of the straight and narrow.
But who would be able to pull off Nathan Drake convincingly?
